17 years in prison for NazimeVisha. This was the prosecution claim for the 19-year-old who is accused of killing 45-year-old FiqiriMuça. The prosecution, on the pretense has described the claims that on August 13, 2012 NazimeVisha killed FiqiriMuca because he threatened her as untrue.
“The victim and the defendant had intensive communications a few minutes before the event.” – said the prosecutor of the case. At the end of the process, the prosecution asked for 17 years imprisonment on charges of “murder” and “unlawful possession of combat weapons”.
Meanwhile the family of 19-year-old who had been present at the hearing opposed the prosecution’s pretense by seeking release.
On the other hand, the court ruled that the court’s next session would take place on April 29th where the defense will present its conclusions.
Referring to the 19-year-old statements on the event on 13 August 2012, the victim was hit by gunfire from her in self-defense.
