School of Magistrates with the support of the USAID program for strengthening the justice system JuST promoted yesterday the electronic archive, where all unifying decisions of the Supreme Court are published.
This protal that contains the full database of unifying decisions since 1999 located at the web site of the School of Magistrates and is very easy to access. Electronic Archive was launched in a ceremony attended by U.S. Deputy Ambassador in Tirana, Henry Jardine, president of the Supreme Court, Xhezair Zaganjori, director of the School of Magistrates, Mariana Semini and General Attorney, Adriatik Llalla.
The participants stressed that the database is very important for stakeholders of the justice system. Through a simple search, judges, prosecutors, lawyers, students and all interested persons may consult unified decisions that the Supreme Court has given since 1999.
All interested persons to consult unified decisions can click http:/www.magjistratura.edu.al address, where among other things, will find a special section with electronic database. The program consists of a mechanism that scientific research is easily accessible by users of the site. In this program, interested persons may request by date or year of the decision, by the number of the Official Journal in which it is published, by area (Civil, Criminal, Administrative), by keyword or by the identity of the parties.
To ensure maximum effect of the database, a registration system is provided, through which any person can be notified by registered e-mail of any new decision added to the system.
