An armed conflict in a bar in Lac for ownership reasons was turned into a tragedy. Three people were killed and other two were injured as a result of a shootout between two brothers Syziu and two brothers Krosi in Lac downtown.
The serious event occurred around 10:50 pm near Lac Court where two brothers Leke and Pal Syziu 45 and 60 years old respectively, are conflicted with the citizens Arben and Florian Krosi 23 and 26 years respectively.
Sources from the Kurbin police district, informed that the event happened in the bar of Leke Syziu businessman, who had borrowed a big amount of money from Arben Krosi and had not returned it back as agreed. For this reason, Arben Krosi claimed the ownership of Syziu’s bar, to consider repaid the debt in question.
After the verbal conflict, both sides have drawn their weapons and fired at each other. Consequently, died at the scene Leke Syziu businessman and was seriously injured his brother Pal Syziu ,Arben Krosi and Florian Krosi 26-year-old, who were taken to the hospital.
A few hours after the event, Pal Syziu could not afford the serious wounds and died in the hospital, bringing to three the number of victims. According to police, the wounded has remained also a bystander, who is out of risk. Police confirmed the fact that the event is not related to the election process, but the cause was a property dispute between the businessman Leke Syziu and the citizen Arben Krosi.
